About Klaytn Build on VM & Klaytn Api Service

I’m new on Klaytn.

I try to build klaytn fullnode on VM.
which VM is recommended? (GCP, AWS…)

or if I use KAS for cypress to scan every block and txs , is there any recommendation for pricing project?
